Standing by the Gates

Karen stood in front of the gates, trying to deside if she would go in or not. This was her first time here and she was a little nervous. "Just go in..." She said to herself, still having a hard time deciding what to do. Maybe i should just stay here... It seems more safe on the outside... She thought to herself as she sat down agenst the wall.

Karen flinched and looked at him. "Hi..." She said barely above a whisper, hoping that he could hear her. She stood up and folded her wings in so he couldn't notice them much.

Karen looked at him and then flinched. "What do you mean?" She asked in a low voice. She looked up at him with a smirk on her face but confusion in her eyes.
