Passing by

Hikari was walking down the streets and it was dark. There was no single human around at this time. Hikari just looked at the jet black sky which was decorated by white dots. She was wondering when she would get to collect souls again. She stopped at a park, high in the cities. There was a bar there so that the kids couldn't fall from the edge. Swiftly Hikari jumped and landed gracefully on the bar. She looked over at the city that was full of lights. Hikari sighed and kept standing there without losing her ballance.

Karen looked up and saw a girl standing on the roof. She looked at the girl and smiled. I hope she's not a demon... If so, oh well. "Hello there!" Karen said with a smile planted on her face. "What are you doing alone here at night?"

Hikari turned over with a face that showed no emotions. "Waiting for my mission."She whispered softly looking at her.

*appears HellGod says"hello" and smirks as usuall

Hikari looks at the guy with no emotions. "...hello."She whispered softly. She turned her back to them returning to the sight of the lights of the city.

Karen looked up at the girl. Her eyes had genuine happiness in them but her face showed no emotion. "what is your name, Miss?" Karen asked politly as she jumped up next to her but she kept her distance.

"Hikari. As in Light. Like those lights."She answered back pointing at the city.

Karen smiled and looked at the lights. "My name is Karen. I don't know it's meaning." She said in a soft voice. "You said you are waiting for your mission? What's that?"

Hikari looked at her, her eyes were darkned. "the mission of collecting souls."She said her voice was dark.

Karens eyes went wide. "You are a death angel!?" She said in an amazed voice.

Hikari nodded. She summoned her scythe and pointed at her. "What are you?"She asked her eyes still dark.

Karen took a little step back and looked down. "I am an angel. Nothing special...." She said in a sad voice.

Hikari put away her scythe. "Why that face?"She asked, her head tilted to the side a bit.

"I hate being a regular angel." She looked at her in the eyes. "I would rather be a fallen angel." She said smiling.

Hikari nodded and saw a human passing by. He didn't see them at all. Hikari could see his time was almost finished. "My victim."she whispered and grabbed her scythe.

Karen looked at the guy and she went pale. "He is only so young..." She said in a sad voice.

"5..."She whispered and looked at a mountainbiker coming down the hill. She smirked as she knew what it would happend.

Karen looked at him shocked. "W-what? Are you talking to me?" She asked in a shy voice but she was REALLY excited on the inside.

"I have the power just ask..."

Karen looked him in the eyes and nodded. "Sir? May i become a fallen angel. Heaven's angels are a disgrace." She said in a voice with much power.

She smiled at him and then looked back at the girl. "How many souls do you have to take?" She asked with a hint of sadness to her voice. She looked at the little boy and saw how cute and harmless he was. She felt it wasn't right to take his freedom of life.

"4.."She whispered as she count down the seconds that was passing by. "I have. been doing. this for. over 150 years. I was born. like this."She told Karen and pointed the scythe to the guy. "3....2"She counted down again as the mountainbiker was close now.
